Who we are

The name Priscilla comes from the Latin Prisca, meaning “ancient” or “venerable.” The diminutive form, Priscilla, was a term of affection — think “little wise one” or “beloved elder.”

That’s why we call our company that.

Because we’re not here to build fast and flip. We’re here to remember. To restore what’s been forgotten. To reimagine what’s possible. We value permanence over trend, soul over scale, and integrity over optics.

Our values are a little old-fashioned — and we’re proud of that. We believe in beauty as a civic duty. In buildings that whisper stories. In spaces that feel like someone actually gave a damn. We believe housing should be sacred. And we believe real estate can — and must — serve the public good.

We hunt for the misfits — the buildings deemed “too hard,” “too weird,” “not worth it.” We listen for history in the walls, read poetry in the floorboards, and find purpose in places others discard. We show up where others won’t — with a toolkit, a blueprint, and a wild, beating heart.

And look — let’s be honest.

Priscilla Presley is one of the greatest real estate developers of all time. She took a house she didn’t  want — Elvis’s mansion, left behind in a whirlwind of loss with immense amounts of deferred maintenance — and turned it into one of the most visited destinations in America. That’s vision. That’s reinvention. That’s legacy.

We sort of look at the world that way, too.

Give us garbage, and we’ll give you grace.

Give us leftovers, and we’ll serve elegance.

Give us decay, and we’ll deliver retro mystique with a vengeance.

We are Priscilla.

Real estate, restored — with mischief and meaning.
